Hiawassee Oaks HOA

Hiawassee Oak Subdivision was developed by Centex in the early 1980s when lot sizes were > 10,000 square feet. The houses were built more than an arm's length apart and the bedrooms are generous. The subdivision is nestled on the northwest corner of Hiawassee Road adjoining Hiawassee Hills & Calibre Estate on the north and Robinson Hills on the northwest. It is a multi-cultural community that exhibits a certain amount of pride amongst the residents; tropical plants, fruits trees, and tropical flowers are being grown and the fruits are harvested throughout the year.

We care for our residents, and our residents care for each other with a spirit of peace and love.
